We produce the soon to be world famous Gulf Coast Half Marathon Series. For the past 5 years the GCHMS has changed expectations of runners and cities alike of how a major endurance event should be produced. We take pride in our attention to detail of course design all the way to the post race party. Thousands of runners now proudly use and display "America's Most Useful Finishers Medal" on their walls, by the pool and at the beach.
The 13.1 miles of running through beautiful beach and coastal communities will treat runners to stunning views of the water, historical neighborhoods & amazing white sand beaches that are unmatched anywhere. In true Gulf Coast style, the event will wrap with an awesome post race party that is sure to become a thing of legends.
The Gulf Coast Half Marathon & Joe Relaxo would like to thank the team of dedicated volunteers who assisted in helping make the 5th Annual GCHM on the Louisiana Northshore a success.

Race to the Top of the Tower
The Race to the Top of the Tower is a stair race 31 floors to the top of Turquoise Place Tower in Orange Beach, Alabama that benefits the Special Olympics of Alabama. Originally an invitational race for 1st responders and military, the event is now open to anyone who want to make a difference for Special Olympics. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Special Olympics of Alabama.
This year the event has been moved to Friday night before the half & 10K. This way everyone can participate, we can raise even more money for Special Olympics of Alabama, and we have even added some special awards divisions for our First Responders. Results here.
